The 3 driving forces of the Open Space Technology
The secure frame: The Open Forum is structured according to rules which make the contracting body and the participants feel secure.
Passion: each idea proposed by participants is the object of workshop.

THE World CafE is organised through a series of questions dealt with in small groups. The process can last between 2 hours or 2 days, it generates concrete productions, a motivating commitment and enables to quickly establish strong and trustworthy bonds between participants.
