Conflicts within teams
Teams in conflict suffer and have lost the access to the energy required to support and help each other, to produce and build trust.
Before our intervention, we make a diagnosis during individual interviews. Our intervention consists in bringing the collective human energy together again. So, we facilitate the listening between people, the conversation and the mutual understanding.
We also facilitate to ensure that people take charge of their managerial responsibilities again: to organise, to prioritise, to decide and to lead projects, etc.

Building solutions and ensuring the durability of the learning require a long-term coaching.

Those situations are complex: several actors have part of the answer. The system affected by the problem is broad and consists at least of: a way of management and/or an organisation that has become inappropriate, the core of somebody’s job and the weaknesses of one or several people. We help both sides: the individuals to solve their difficulties and the management/the organisation to make the changes that will help to prevent future psychosocial risks.
