individual coaching is a very unique and sometimes a crucial occasion for a manager to:

and objectives expected can be given very personal dimensions. And that is due to the strict confidentiality context and the trust that we rigorously put into place. It’s never too late to develop, several late and sometimes essential learning can happen.

During the coaching, trust and benevolence help to work on uncomfortable and grey areas. Everything experienced in the professional daily life is used to deepen the coaching work, to make it practical and to meet the objectives.

The coaching runs for a limited period. The relationship coach-coachee is free and without any attachment.
The only thing remaining is a deep respect for the road travelled together.

Details of implementation are adapted to your specific context:
Face-to-face meetings, supplemented, if need be, with phone meetings or e-mail exchanges.
At the beginning of the coaching we map out the objectives and the expected results.
