LJI® (Leadership Judgement Indicator)
Measures the individual managerial style preferences (directive, consultative, consensual or delegative) and the relevance of the judgement in choosing each style in the decision processes in relation to a situational management model.

Debrief 360°
Anonymous collecting of feedbacks at 360 degree from a manager in the shape of verbatim and answers to about one hundred questions. Those questions are about managerial behaviours and attitudes. The 360 gives a momentary reflection of the impact a manager will have on his/her interlocutors chosen in his environment.
